General Ticket Sales	All general ticket sales for events at Her Majesty's Theatre go through Ticketek. For details of all events currently on sale at the theatre, go to the What's On - Summary of All Events page.
Advance Bookings	There are many ways that you can book tickets in advance for upcoming events.
Phone	Call the Ticketek Theatre and Arts Booking Line on 1300 795 012. The Booking Line operates Monday - Saturday 9am - 9pm and Sunday 9am - 8pm.
In Person	Visit any Ticketek agency around Melbourne, throughout Victoria or interstate. There is an agency next to Her Majesty's Theatre, at 225 Exhibition Street, which is open Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and Saturday 9am - 1pm. For other agency locations, choose Melbourne and Victoria or elsewhere in Australia.

Disabled Bookings and Companion Card Holders	Please note there is no lift at Her Majesty's Theatre. Patrons who may have difficulty using stairs should book seats in the Stalls. There are two separate wheelchair positions located in the centre section of Row Q in the Stalls (A reserve). There are also wheelchair positions at either end of Row Y in the Stalls (usually B or C reserve, depending on the event). There is a disabled accessible toilet off the Stalls Foyer. All enquiries and bookings for disabled patrons or Companion Card holders must go through the Ticketek agency next to the theatre (225 Exhibition Street). Please call 03 9662 9571 Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and Saturday 9am - 1pm. This number is only for disabled bookings. All general phone enquiries and bookings must use Ticketek's main Theatre and Arts Booking Line - 1300 795 012. VIP Tickets and Package Bookings	Showbiz is HMT's preferred seller of VIP tickets and package bookings. For most events at the theatre, Showbiz will have an allocation of some of the best seats in the house. They can also arrange package bookings that may include travel, accommodation, restaurant bookings, drinks at the theatre and/or merchandise. To find out if Showbiz can help you with tickets to an event at HMT, call them on 1300 474 697 or go to www.showbiz.com.au. NB. Showbiz may charge an additional fee for its services.
Group Bookings	Most events will offer a discount on the ticket price if you buy for a group. The number required will vary from show to show but is typically 10 or more people. To reserve seats for a group booking, please call the Ticketek Groups office on 03 9299 9030 Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
Door Sales	The Box Office at Her Majesty's Theatre opens two hours prior to all performances. Check with the theatre on the day to see if tickets are still available to purchase at the door as some performances may sell out in advance.
Seating Information	The total seating capacity of Her Majesty's Theatre is 1,700 spread over three levels. To see a plan for the entire theatre, go to Seating Plan - All Levels. Or, for each individual level, go to Stalls Plan, Dress Circle Plan or Grand Circle Plan. The Stalls section is on the lower level, immediately in front of the Stage. There are no steps in the Stalls. The floor is on a gradual incline so that each row is higher than the row in front. The Dress Circle is the middle level of the auditorium and the Grand Circle is the top level. The seating in both these levels is stepped so that each row is raised one or more steps above the row in front.
