The total seating capacity of Her Majesty’s Theatre is 1,700 spread over three levels. The Stalls section is on the lower level, immediately in front of the Stage. There are no steps in the Stalls. The floor is on a gradual incline so that each row is higher than the row in front. The Dress Circle is the middle level of the auditorium and the Grand Circle is the top level. The seating in both these levels is stepped so that each row is raised one or more steps above the row in front.
The cross-section below shows the position of the three levels of the auditorium in relation to the stage, and the seating plan shows the seating layout for all three levels of Her Majesty’s Theatre. To get an indication of what the view is like from different positions in the theatre, visit the Stage View from Different Seats page. For a 360o view of the auditorium, see our Virtual Tour.
